We climb the roof before you call your carrier, mark every impact bruise, and meet the adjuster on-site with our own measurements. When a scope comes back short, we file the supplement and argue it ourselves.

A stain on the ceiling is rarely directly under the hole. We water-test, trace the path back to the actual failure — usually flashing, a cracked boot or a nail pop — and fix that instead of selling you a roof.

06The reason roofs die early

Attic Ventilation

Half the failed roofs we tear off were cooked from underneath. We measure net free vent area, balance intake against exhaust, and fix the soffit blocking nobody has looked at since the house was framed.

• Bath fan terminations corrected so they vent outside, not into insulation
