The June hail took out our roof and two skylights. Ridgeline had photos to State Farm before I had finished the claim form, and when the first scope came back missing the skylights they filed the supplement without me asking.

The roof is
not the hard part.
The claim is.
Hail hits the Front Range every spring and most homeowners lose money fighting their own carrier over it. We inspect the roof first, meet the adjuster on the ladder, and install a roof that outlives the argument.
Storm damage today? We tarp before we estimate — call and ask for emergency dispatch.

10 yr
Workmanship warranty, transferable once when you sell.
Why homeowners pick us
We are the crew,
not a call centre
Ridgeline runs its own crews. No lead brokers, no subcontracted strangers showing up in an unmarked van, no salesperson who disappears once the contract is signed.
The estimator climbs the roof
Not a drone photo from the driveway. If a slope is too steep to walk, we say so and bring the right equipment back.
We meet your adjuster
With our own measurements and marked-up photos. Carriers settle faster when both sides are looking at the same roof.
Line-item pricing, no allowances
Every shingle, vent and length of flashing is named in the estimate. What you sign is what you pay.
Your yard, left alone
Beds tarped, dumpster on plywood, magnet run twice. The most common thing our reviews mention is the cleanup.
How it goes
Inspection to
warranty in five steps
Most of our customers have never bought a roof before and do not intend to buy another. Here is the whole sequence, up front.
- 01
Free roof inspection
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, and send you a report within 24 hours — whether or not there is anything wrong up there.
- 02
Scope and fixed price
A line-item estimate with the actual materials named. No "allowances," no vague lump sums, no pressure to sign that afternoon.
- 03
Insurance or financing
If it is a claim, we handle the carrier. If it is not, we can spread it over 24 to 144 months through a lender who does not require equity.
- 04
One-day install
Crew on site at 6:30a, dumpster placed on plywood, landscaping tarped. Most roofs are finished, swept and hauled off the same day.
- 05
Walkthrough and warranty
We go around the house together, run the magnet again, and register your manufacturer warranty before the final invoice goes out.

Word of mouth, mostly
Three companies told me I needed a full replacement. Dane came out, water-tested the chimney, and told me it was counterflashing. Charged me $540 and the ceiling stain never came back.
Crew showed up at 6:30, were off the roof by 4, and my flower beds looked untouched. My neighbor watched the whole thing and booked them the next week.
Where we work
Denver metro
and the Front Range
If you are inside roughly an hour of the Tennyson Street shop, we cover you. Outside that radius we would rather refer you to someone local than bill you for windshield time.

Straight answers
Questions we get weekly
Do I have to pay my deductible on a hail claim?
Yes — and any contractor who offers to "eat" it is asking you to commit insurance fraud, which is a felony in Colorado under SB 38. Your deductible is your share. Everything above it is what we bill the carrier.
How long does a replacement actually take?
A typical single-family asphalt roof is a one-day job with a crew of eight. Larger homes, steep pitches, tile or metal run two to four days. Permits in most Front Range municipalities take two to five business days to pull.
What happens to my landscaping and gutters?
Beds and AC condensers get tarped, the dumpster sits on plywood, and we run a magnetic sweep of the lawn and driveway twice. If your gutters are dented from the same storm, they usually belong on the claim — we will flag it.
Will a new roof lower my insurance premium?
Often, yes. Most Colorado carriers discount for Class 4 impact-rated shingles or metal, and some reduce the wind-hail deductible outright. We send you the impact-resistance certificate to forward to your agent.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Flat and low-slope up to about 40,000 square feet — TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen. Anything larger we will refer out rather than pretend it is in our wheelhouse.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Ten years on anything we installed or touched, transferable once if you sell the house. Material defects fall under the manufacturer limited lifetime warranty, which we register on your behalf.
Find out what your roof actually needs
An estimator walks every slope, photographs what they find, and sends you a report — even when the answer is that you have another six years left up there.
