Ridgeline started with one truck, a borrowed compressor and the 2009 Arvada hailstorm. Sixteen years later we still run our own crews out of one shop on Tennyson Street.

Every big hail event brings out-of-state crews into the metro. They knock doors for six weeks, sign whatever they can, install fast, and are unreachable by the time the first leak shows up in November. Their warranty paper is worth exactly nothing.
We built the opposite of that. The estimator who quotes your roof works here next year. The crew lead has been with us, on average, nine years. When something goes wrong — and on a few hundred roofs a year, occasionally something does — there is a local number that answers and a truck that comes back.
It also means we say no more often than most. If your roof has six good years left, we will put that in writing and tell you to call us in 2032. That conversation costs us a sale and buys us the next three referrals.

The whole sequence
No surprises, no change orders invented halfway through the tear-off.

Free roof inspection
We walk the roof, photograph every slope, and send you a report within 24 hours — whether or not there is anything wrong up there.

Scope and fixed price
A line-item estimate with the actual materials named. No "allowances," no vague lump sums, no pressure to sign that afternoon.

Insurance or financing
If it is a claim, we handle the carrier. If it is not, we can spread it over 24 to 144 months through a lender who does not require equity.
- 04
One-day install
Crew on site at 6:30a, dumpster placed on plywood, landscaping tarped. Most roofs are finished, swept and hauled off the same day.
- 05
Walkthrough and warranty
We go around the house together, run the magnet again, and register your manufacturer warranty before the final invoice goes out.
